Credit cards

Fast, secure and practical. We accept Visa and Master Card. Your payment is protected by industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems and SSL encryption. Every transaction is authorized online with the relevant credit card company. We do not store your credit card number. Payment by credit card is free of charge.
 

Advanced payment

If paying in advance by cash you make your payment to our postal account either via online banking, in your bank or the post office. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation with the bank details by Email. If you did not receive the Email immediately after placing your order, please check your spam- or junk-folder. Your order will be sent when the specified amount has been credited to our account. Payment in advance is free of charge.

Invoice for private persons

We are happy to deliver to customers with a sufficiently good credit rating by invoice. A credit check is carried out directly in the background during the ordering process, we ask for your understanding for this security measure. We charge a fee of CHF 6.00 per order for the administrative costs of debtor management. Invoices are payable within 10 days without deductions from the invoice date.
 

Invoice for corporate customers (incl. schools, authorities and organizations)

Corporate customers and public institutions can be supplied against invoice after a credit check. A credit check is carried out directly in the background during the ordering process, we ask for your understanding for this security measure. In order to benefit from preferential conditions, the minimum order quantity is CHF 3000. We kindly ask you to process orders with a value of less than CHF 3000 directly in our online store. We charge a fee of CHF 6.00 per order for the administrative costs of debtor management. Invoices are payable within 10 days without deductions from the invoice date.
 

PostFinance Card and E-Finance

With your PostFinance account or Postcard, you can pay for your purchase directly with PostFinance Debit Direct or PostFinance E-Finance. Your payment is protected by industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems and SSL encryption. We will charge you an additional 2% commission.
